Boo Boo

Sam took a little tumble down our deck stairs onto the concrete sidewalk a couple days ago. Now he's proudly sporting a pretty big bump on his noggin.

Although a good many of his boo boos are Anna's fault, this one was mine. I saw him at the top of the steps and couldn't get to him in time to cushion his fall.

He's a tough one, though and only cried for the amount of time it took me to pick him up, carry him upstairs, and turn on the bath water. Once he realized he was getting to play in the tub, he was fine!

Pockets

My girl just loves her some pants with pockets!

Aunt Huli

Aunt Huli came to visit last week over her Spring Break. We had a great time just hanging out with my sweet friend!

Easter Pictures

I completely forgot to upload these pictures from Easter. I put them on facebook and guess it slipped my mind to put them on the blog. Enjoy!

Puppet Show

Now that we're back in town, we hit up the local gardens for their annual puppet show/picnic lunch on Wednesday. The kids had fun climbing the huge trees before the show started.

How high are we?

I love this one!

Monday Fun

Anna finally woke up Monday morning refreshed and ready to go, even though she still looks a little dazed here.

We played around the house in the morning, which was just enough time for Anna to put all her "babies" to bed.

Later, we headed out to bounce at Monkey Joe's and everyone had a blast. It's super hard to get pics of the other kids, though, so most of them are just of Sam.

Even Granny peeked in on the action!

My sweet chunk!

Easter Sunday

Sunday proved to be a busy day spending time with family and friends. We had a nice time visiting with both sets of grandparents, as well as Beverly and Jim.

Before church, the kids checked out their Easter goodies.

After church, the kids played outside to pass the time until our yummy lunch was ready.

Beverly and Jim came over after lunch and passed out even more gifts.

Anna played so hard that she eventually fell asleep in Grandy's lap around 5:00pm and didn't wake up until almost 7:00 the next morning. Tired girl!

Another long-time friend, Allison, came over to visit with her girls and we tried to get a group picture with London and Sydney (minus the sleeping Anna, of course).

More "official" Easter pictures coming later . . . .

Saturday with Friends

After the party at our house Friday, we hit the road and headed to the Upstate for the next several days. Saturday morning I got to visit with two of my oldest friends and it was so good to see them (and their children).

We tried to get a group shot - ha!

Sweet Friends
(Lauren and I had crabby babies at this point and we couldn't put them down.)

Later that afternoon, we enjoyed playing outside.

This is how Sam crawls when he's outside - it's hilarious!

Cute boy with LOTS of drool!

MOMS Club Spring Fling

Next up: our MOMS Club Spring Fling - at my house. We ended up with 20 moms, 30 kids, one uncle and one daddy at our house last Friday. It was so chaotic and so much fun! Between lunch, crafts, and the big egg hunt, I was too busy playing hostess to take many pictures, but I did get a few funny ones.

What's wrong with this picture?
Emma is pulling the two boys in the wagon - she's a tough girl!

Anna desperately wanted to wear the bunny ears she made, but they were just a little big.

Checking out their loot.

Preschool Easter Party

I have so many pictures from this past (very busy) week, so stay tuned for lots of updates. I was going to do one big post, but I'm not patient enough, so there will be several small ones. First up: Jack's Easter party at school. I was one of the "Party Moms" and made bunny rabbit cookies for everyone. They were supposed to have whiskers but I was just too exhausted to mess with that!

Group picture - they are such a cute group!
