Christmas Eve
Jack and Anna insisted on wearing hats from Jack's first Christmas that I pulled out for Sam to wear.
The Loot
Everyone got one big gift, along with their stockings. The ride on Thomas is for everyone, though we have to keep reminding Jack of that!

Christmas Morning
It was so much fun watching their excitement!
Enough said.

Third time's a charm?
Reindeer Food
Jack had to make sure the reindeer ate the food we left for them, but it was raining so hard we couldn't even go out on the porch, so we just looked from the inside. I had to hold them up in order to see the bottom of the stairs where he insisted we leave the bowls last night.

Presents
Hank got the first gift of the day - homemade treats from Grammy (shaped like Christmas trees).
Anna got Tinkerbell panties (they were already wrapped when we decided to nix the potty training, but now we're hoping they might inspire her) that she insisted on wearing right that second. She wore them the rest of the morning - over her pjs.
See . . .
Anna also insisted on wearing her new pajama pants, so she put them on over the Tinkerbell panties, which were on over her real pajama pants!
They got really fun walkie-talkies that they will have a great time playing with . . . once they figure out that they are not phones!
The Aftermath
Jack found his conductor's hat and insisted on wearing that while he drove Thomas around - every single time.
It was a fun day! We're so thankful that Grandy & Granny, Pop & Grammy, and Mason traveled to spend Christmas with us. We enjoy having our families in town and appreciate all that they do for us!
